摘要 探讨国际纺机展中几种非传统纺纱设备的技术性能和发展前景。分析阐述了新型转杯纺纱机、喷气涡流纺纱机和自捻纺纱机最新机型的技术性能和产品特点、设备研发历程及存在的问题。认为:新型转杯纺纱机产量、自动化程度及劳动生产率大幅提升,适纺15 tex以上纯棉及化纤纯纺和混纺纱,具有成本低的综合优势,市场份额在不断上升;喷气涡流纺具有芯纱无捻的结构特点,但外包纤维显著多于喷气纺,产品条干、毛羽、耐磨性和抗起球性等方面优于环锭纺,而强力稍低,手感、光泽较差,但优于喷气纺,只要优选产品,低成本、高效率的潜力很大,将逐步取代喷气纺;自捻纺的研究要减少或消除成纱无捻段的影响,开发长纤维、粗号毛纺系列的产品,同时注意研究前纺配套的工艺,市场仍有发展的余地。 Technical performance and development prospect of non-traditional spinning equipment exhibited in ITMA2011 were discussed. Latest technical performance and product property of new rotor spinning machine, air jet vortex spinning machine and self-twist spinning machine were introduced,the equipment development course and existed problems were introduced. It is considered that new rotor spinning output, automation degree and labor productivity are improved greatly, above 15 rex pure cotton or pure chemical fiber spinning and blended yarn are suitable to be spun, the cost comprehensive advantages are better,market share are increasing. Structural property of air jet vortex yarn is core yarn twistless,while the wrapper fiber is more than that of air jet yarn. Air jet vortex yarn is better than that of ring spun yarn in aspects of evenness, hairiness, wearability and anti-pilling, while the strength, hand touch and luster are less. Air jet yarn could be taken places by air jet vortex spinning through optimizing product, reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Effect of twistless section should be reduced or eliminated for self-twist spinning research,long fiber and coarse wool product should be developed. Processing in preparation should be researched, there is market development room.
