摘要
对112所"211大学"图书馆人力资源和服务模式等内容进行调研。结果表明,多数"211大学"图书馆尽管人力资源队伍整体实力逐年提升,但多数仍沿袭传统的"主体性"服务价值取向,与高校受众对图书馆服务诉求之间形成很大的落差,使图书馆在高校中的地位边缘化。本文在分析"211大学"图书馆受众注意力资源开发方面呈现出的新特点与存在的问题基础上,提出了在主体间性理论指导下的"211大学"图书馆与"211大学"同步发展的价值取向与途径。
This article researched the human resources and the service mode of 211 University Li- brary. The results showed that although the overall strength of the human resources team increased year by year in 211 University libraries, but still follow the traditional subjectivity service value ori- entation, which has formed a real gap with the university audience demands of library services. This gap can marginalize library in the university. In this article, on the basis of the new features and problems of 211 University library audience attention resources development, the author has put for- ward the value orientation and approach of the simultaneous development of 211 University library and 211 University under the guidance of inter- subjectivity theory.
