摘要
天地图是我国地理信息公共服务平台,它覆盖全球的地理信息数据。天地图作为一种集计算机图形学、数据库和空间拓扑信息于一体的存储和处理空间信息的高新技术,服务于地震灾情的信息发布。它采用加载中国行政区划图数据、地理信息位置,根据现场资料建立三维模型,展现地震灾区灾前、灾后信息变化。对我国地震信息发布及抗震救灾具有重要意义。
Map world is a public service platform of China＇s geographic information which covers the geographic information data of the whole world. Map world is a kind of high-tech which include computer graphics, databases, and spatial topology information, with the capacity of the storage and processing of spatial information, can be serviced for earthquake information.This software, based on data of administration regionalization and geographic information, can be used to construct 3D model, and presen! the difference before and after the earthquake or other nature disaster. Map world is a ve~, useful tool for information release of earthquake and disaster relief in China.
