蜡梅枝叶化学成分及其抗病毒活性 被引量:14

摘要 利用各种色谱技术从蜡梅枝叶中共分离得到10个化合物,通过波谱学方法将其鉴定为(+)-Calycan-thine(1)、(-)-Folicanthine(2)、(-)-Chimonanthine(3)、异秦皮啶(4)、3,3'-双异秦皮啶(5)、Euoniside(6)、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(7)、3,4-二羟基苯乙腈(8)、Di-O-methylcrenatin(9)和Acanthoside B(10)。化合物4~10为首次从该植物中发现。采用细胞病变效应法测试了化合物1~5与8对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的抑制活性,化合物2(IC50=58.9±10.2μM;TI=19.3)、3(IC50=68.9±3.1μM;TI=17.9)与8(IC50=80.5±16.9μM;TI>19.9)显示出了弱的抑制活性。 Ten compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of Chimonanthus praecox by various chromato- graphic techniques. By spectroscopic methods ,their structures were elucidated as ( + )-calyeanthine (1), (-)-foliean- thine (2), (-) -chimonanthine ( 3 ), isofraxidin ( 4 ), 3,3'-biisofraxidin ( 5 ), euoniside ( 6 ), kaempferel-3-O- rutinoside (7),3,4-dihydroxybenzonitrile (8), di-O-methylcrenatin (9) and acanthoside B (10). Among them, compounds 4-10 were obtained from the herb for the first time. The inhibitory activity of compounds 1-5 and 8 against porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus (PRRSV) was measured by the cytopathic effect (CPE) method. Compounds 2 (IC50= 58.9±10.2 μM;TI = 19.3),3 (IC50= 68.9±3.1 μM;TI = 17.9) and8 (IC5o = 80.5±16.9 μM;TI 〉 19.9) showed weak effect on PRRSV.
