摘要
本研究以3只安装瘤胃瘘管的杜-寒杂交F1代绵羊为试验动物,采用半体内法测定5个不同地区的紫花苜蓿的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的瘤胃降解率,并对紫花苜蓿的营养成分与其有效降解率的相关性进行分析,建立了由营养成分预测有效降解率的回归公式。
Three DorperxHan crossbred male sheep with permanent rumen fistula were selected as samples in the experiment.In situ was adopted in the comparative study on ruminal degradability of dry matter (DM),organic matter ( OM ), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) in alfalfa hay of five different area. The correlation of effective degradation rate and proximate nutrients for alfalfa were analyzed and an experience formula to predict the effective degradation rate through conventional nutrients predict was established.
