摘要
为探讨不同比例蝇蛆复合发酵蛋白(FMP)替代鱼粉对彭泽鲫生长性能和肝脏功能的影响,试验选择均重(9.00±0.50)g的彭泽鲫,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复放养50尾鱼。对照组日粮含16%的鱼粉,替代组日粮用6%、10%和16%FMP等量替代对照组日粮中的鱼粉,即替代鱼粉比例分别为37.5%、62.5%和100%。在循环水养殖系统中进行为期56 d的生长试验。结果表明,随着FMP替代比例的增加,彭泽鲫的增重率呈下降趋势,饲料系数逐渐升高;肠道蛋白酶活性和淀粉酶活性逐渐降低,脂肪酶活性逐渐升高;肝脏功能受到不同程度影响。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of replacing fish meal with different proportions of fermented maggot protein (FMP)in diet on growth performance and liver function of Pengze Crueian Carp.Pengze Crucian Carps (9.00±0.50)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 50 each.The control group diet containd 16 % fish meal.The replaced diet contained 6 % ,10 % and 16 % of FMP,and the equivalent substitution ratio were 37.5 %,62.5 % and 100 %,respectively.After an 56-day trial,the results showed that :With the substituion ratio of FMP, the weight gain rate decreased gradually, feed conversion ratio increased gradually,intestinal protease, amylase activity and liver function all decreased, lipase activity increased.
