摘要
从论述新的时代——服务经济时代的来临及其表现出的强大生命力入手 ,较为全面地分析了服务迅速发展的主要原因。同时 ,在深入探讨服务的含义与特性的基础上 ,对如何改进和提高服务质量提出了系列对策性的建议。
Starting from the explanation of ushering in a new era——service economy and its powerful strength,the article explores the major reasons in an all round way for the rapid development.At the same time, some suggestions concerning the improvement and advance for service quality management are put forward on the basis of discussing the definition of service and its characteristics.
