优化罂粟碱注射液给药方式的研究

Optimization of the Administration of the Papaverine Hydrochloride Injection

目的探索优化我院手外科罂粟碱注射液给药方式。方法通过对我院手外科显微外科术后的患者进行自设问卷调查,分析不良反应发生情况,制定优化罂粟碱注射液给药方式的方案,对新给药方式进行同样的问卷调查。结果显微外科术后罂粟碱注射液使用微量泵入的给药方式相比于肌肉注射可减少不良反应的发生。结论通过优化罂粟碱注射液的给药方式,使药物发挥了更好的效果,减少了不良反应,极大地提高了患者用药的依从性。

Objective To explore the optimization of the administration of Papaverine Hydrochloride injection in the hand surgery in our hospital. Methods We analyzed the occurrence of adverse reactions by questionnaire survey among the patients after the micrographic surgery of hand in our hospital, developed solutions to optimize the Papaverine injection administration and conducted the same survey on the new administration. Results Using the administration of micro-pump as compared to the intramuscular injection can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions among the patients after micrographic surgery. Conclusion Optimization of Papaverine injection administration can make the drug play a better effect, and reduce the adverse reactions. So the patients＇ medication compliance has been greatly improved.
