摘要
我国经济体制改革以来 ,国有企业在经营方式、运行机制等方面有了重大突破 ,但与社会主义市场经济发展的要求仍有许多不相适应。本文从分析国有企业改革中存在的深层次问题着眼 ,论述了国有企业制度创新的途径及条件。
State owned enterprises have made a great breakthrough in the ways of management and mechanism of operation.However,there exist many problems of adaptability in the requirements of developing socialist market economy.This article discusses the approaches and conditions for state owned enterprises to bring forth new ideas from the point of view of analyzing the deep level problems.
