摘要 目的研究柴胡皂苷b2降解产物的结构。方法采用各种分离技术和光谱技术对柴胡皂苷b2降解产物的结构进行分离和结构鉴定。结果柴胡皂苷b2在保存过程中形成的降解产物的结构为Saikogenin D。结论为进一步研究其降解的过程动力学过程,进而更好地保存柴胡皂苷b2奠定基础。 Objective To study the structure of the degradation compound of Saikosaponin b2. Methods The degradation com- pound was isolated by chromatographic techniques and its structures was elucidated by spectral methods. Results The degradation compound of Saikosaponin b2 is Saikogenin D. Conclusion This paper set foundation to the research of the degradation kinetics of saikosaponin b2 and provides clues to study on the storage conditions of saikosaponin b2.
