摘要
目的比较分析7种黔产补益类中草药中的主要抗氧化成分(总黄酮、多酚、多糖及维生素A、E、C)的含量差异,为其开发利用提供参考。方法用常规方法测定7种中草药乙醇提取液中总黄酮、多酚、多糖含量及药材干样维生素A、E、C的含量。结果何首乌的黄酮、多酚含量最高,分别达到71.50 mg/g和76.50 mg/g;而黄精的多糖含量最高,达到150.80 mg/g;淫羊藿维生素C含量最高,达到6.5418 mg/100g;黄精不仅维生素E含量最高,并且7种补益类中草药只有黄精检测出维生素A。结论 7种中草药主要抗氧化成分存在较大差异,何首乌、淫羊藿可作为提取黄酮和多酚的植物来源,黄精可作为提取多糖的植物来源。
Objective To determine the contents of the main antioxidant compositions such as total flavone, polyphenol, polysac- eharide and vitamin A, E, C in seven Chinese tonic herbs collected in Guizhou Province for their exploitation and utilization. Meth- ods Conventional methods to determine the contents of the total flavone,polyphenol,polysaccharide in ethanol and vitamin A,E,C of seven Chinese tonic herbs. Results With ethanol as extract, the total flavone content and the polyphenol content were the most for Polygonum multiflorum thunb, up to 71.50mg/g and76.50 mg/g, respectively;the polysaccharide content was the most for Rhi- zoma Polygonati;up to 150.80 mg/g;the content of vitamin C was the most for Epimedium brevicornum Maxim, up to 6. 5418 mg/ 100g;the content of vitamin E was the most for Rhizoma Polygonati and vitamin A was detected only from Rhizoma Polygonati in seven Chinese tonic herbs. Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum thunb and Epimedium brevicornum Maxim may be used as the plant resources for extacting total flavone and polyphenol, Rhizoma Polygonati may be used as the plant resource for extracting pol- saecharide.
