Combining of carrying out the first national water census training in Liaoning Province,the paper introduced the practice and exploration of the water census training in Liaoning Province from developing training plans,training organization and implementation,strictly controlling the quality of training,implementing census funds and other aspects.It summarized the experience and shortcomings of the water census training in Liaoning Province,and made recommendations to future water industry training.
