摘要
本文介绍了卡尔曼滤波法在分光光度法中同时测定的原理。用该法对克感敏片中三主药非那西汀、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量进行了同时测定,所得平均回收率置信区间分别为100.2±0.3%、98.8±0.7%和100.9±0.9%(置信度为95%).其系数矩阵和波长数目使测定结果准确可靠,分析速度大大快于传统的湿化学法,是一种理想的化学计量学方法。
The basic principle of Kalman filtering method (KF) in the simultaneous multicomponent spectrophotometry was described. Three main ingredients, aminopyrine, phenacetin and caffeine, in compound chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, were determined simultaneously by using KF method. The mean recorvery of three components are 100.2±0.3%, 98.8±0.7% and 100.9±0.9% (95% confidence level), respectively. The effects of coefficient matrix and wavelength number on results were also studied. The experiment proved that the results obtained by KF method are accurate and reliable, and that the analysis is much faster than traditional wet chemical method.
