摘要
主要叙述了气调储藏技术的原理、方法、应用于粮食存储的优势,以及我国粮食气调储藏技术研究应用情况、存在不足和今后发展前景,旨在促进这一绿色储粮保鲜技术得到不断完善和更好地推广应用。
In the paper the principle and methods of CA, and the advantages of CA applied in grain is described and the states, problems and application prospect of CA of grain in China had been analyzed. The objective of this paper is to promote the improvement of CA of grain and make it apply extensively in grain storage in China.
