摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯和硫酸铜为原料,通过Sol-gel法制备了Cu2O/Cu/SiO2纳米复合物。研究了反应中各种因素对产物的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。利用SEM、XRD、EDX、UV-vis、FT-IR、PL等对产物进行了表征。光催化分解有机物实验证明所得产物具有较好的光催化活性。
By a novel sol-gel process,the Cu2O/Cu/SiO2 nanocomposites were synthesized with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) and Copper sulfate(CuSO4).The products as-obtained were characterized by a series of means,including Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX),Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy(UV-vis),Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR) and Photoluminescence(PL).In addition,the photocatalytic properties of the Cu2O/Cu/SiO2 nanocomposites were studied.
