With solid potassium hydrogen sulfate as a catalyst for catalytic synthesis of isobutyl isobutyrate,the factors that influence catalytic esterification was discussed.Its optimization of reaction conditions were： n（iso-butyl acid）：n（isobutyl alcohol）=1：3.0,n（catalysts）：n（isobutyric acid）=0.045：1,reaction time was 2 h,and the iso-butyl acid isobutyl ester production rate of about 90%,the product concentration of 97.04%.The process was simple,easy to operate,suitable for industrial production.
