二苯基二乙氧基硅烷的合成研究 被引量:2

The synthesis technique of diphenydiethoxysilane

摘要 以乙醇、二苯基二氯硅烷为原料采用直接法合成二苯基二乙氧基硅烷。考察了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、溶剂用量等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:n(乙醇)∶n(二苯基二氯硅烷)=2.6∶1,保温82℃反应5 h,甲苯用量50 g。在此条件下,产品收率达86.7%,产品纯度高达97.2%。采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了确证。 Diphenydiethoxysilane was directly synthesized in one step by using ethanol and diphenyldichlorosilane as raw material.Influencing elements were investigated including the material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of solvent.The results showed that optimum reaction conditions were as follow:the molar ratio of ethanol:diphenyldichlorosilane was 2.6:1,maintain the reaction temperature 82 ℃ for 5h,and the amount of solvent toluene was 50 g.In this condition,the yield of product was 86.7%and the product purity was up to 97.2%.And the product is characterized by IR and 1H-NMR to confirm structure of compound.
