海水中甲醛的检测研究

摘要 采用酚试剂分光光度法对于海水中甲醛含量的检测进行了系统研究,研究了温度,酸度,酚试剂用量,显色时间对检测结果的影响,结果表明温度在25~45℃,酸度在2.10~1.20,显色50 min检测效果较好。该方法检测海水中甲醛的检出限为0.0183μg/mL。 Seawater formaldehyde content was the main index of harmful water monitoring in the ocean,it will cause human body a big harm when the concentration was more than the standards prescribed by the state environment department along the food chain.Based on the comparison of the previous traditional formaldehyde testing methods,how to do a further research and study through the spectrophotometry by MBTH(3-methyl-2-ben-zene and hydrazone non-oxidizing HCl hydrate) complexing in order to test the concentration of formaldehyde in the seawater through a plan to change some influencing factors such as temperature,acidity,time and the dosage of MBTH were introduced.The consequence showed the testing efficiency will be better in the temperature between 25~45 ℃,the acidity between 2.10~1.20 and controling the reaction time in 50 minutes.The detection limit of this method to test the formaldehyde in the seawater was 0.0183 μg /mL.
