摘要
利用Ansys有限元软件,建立某火电厂600 MW机组SCR脱硝工程的反应器的三维有限元模型,在考虑自重、烟气压力、风载等荷载的组合工况下,计算反应器各个构件的内力和整体变形情况,对设计中的立柱偏置方案进行详细的计算和研究,为反应器结构的可靠性提供了依据。
The three dimensional finite element models for SCR reactor of certain power plant 600 MW unit were established by FEM software Ansys.Considering self-weight,pressure of flue gas and wind load,etc,stress and overall deformation of reactor were calculated.Column eccentricity was focused on by detailed calculation and research.The structure reliability of SCR reactor was provided by the research.
