On the basis of the organic chemistry bachelor thesis, according to the personal training and the study fea- ture of Changzhou University, some useful innovation idea and methods were analyzed and concluded with the combination of organic chemistry reform experience. These methods and idea were help to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of par- ticipating in the experiment and to promote the students＇ practical ability.
