摘要
某车型经过减速带时,经常会出现方向盘打手现象。为分析原因,在ADAMS中对该车进行了建模,通过更改制动钳的布置位置、减小轮心到主销的距离,分析车辆经过冲击路面时方向盘处所受冲击力矩的大小。通过分析知,制动钳向后布置后,方向盘处力矩减小了211N.mm,轮心到主销的距离每减小1mm,方向盘处力矩可减小229N.mm。因此提出,可通过更改制动钳的布置位置和减小轮心到主销距离解决该车方向盘打手问题。
When a vehicle passes the deceleration strip,steering kickback always happens.To seek the causes,modeling for the car was created in ADAMS.By changing the position of brake caliper and shortening the distance between the wheel center and the kingpin,the impact torque taken by the steering wheel when the car passes the striking pavement was analyzed.It shows after analysis that when the brake caliper was placed backward,the steering wheel's torque would decrease by 211N.mm and that the distance between the wheel center and the kingpin shortens by 1mm,the steering wheel's torque would decrease by 229N.mm.Therefore,it is raised that the vehicle steering kickback can be solved by changing the layout position of the brake caliper and decreasing the distance between the wheel center and kingpin.
