Anti-inflammatory Effect of Cortex Moutan Radicis

本文报告了丹皮的抗炎作用和抗变态反应作用。丹皮明显抑制实验动物的多种炎症反应,尤以大剂量作用显著;对其作用机制的初步探讨表明,丹皮抗变态反应属于非特异性抑制作用,且其抗炎作用与垂体—肾上腺系统无明显关系。

The anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects of Cortex Moutan Radicis were reported. Cortex Moutan Radicis inhibited various inflammatory reactions of experimental animals with especially prominent effect when given in large doses. The experiment showed that there is a common pathway between nonspecial anti-inflammation and special anti-inflammation of Cortex Moutan Radicis. It suppressed inselcctively both reactions. Its anti-inflammatory reactionis not related to the system of pituitary gland-adrenals.
