承钢1260 m^3高炉普通矿转换为钒钛矿冶炼实践 被引量:2

摘要 承钢炼铁厂的冶炼模式为:正常情况下用钒钛矿冶炼,在开炉及高炉炉况波动时用普通矿冶炼,炉况正常后再转为用钒钛矿冶炼。在以前的烧结矿冶炼转变过程中,由于未掌握高炉冶炼特点,在普通矿向钒钛矿转换过程中炉况发生较大波动,严重影响了高炉产量及技术经济指标。研究了承钢1#高炉一次成功地由普通矿转换为钒钛矿、低钒矿、正常钒矿过程中高炉操作的调整,为今后的几种烧结矿转换提供了宝贵经验。 The smelting model in Ironworks of Cheng Steel is: smelting with normal sinter when blast furnace is blowing on or the furnace condition is getting fluctuated,but with vanadium titano-magnetite one under regular condition.Before in the above conversion process the furnace condition frequently got greatly changed because of the blast furnace smelting characteristic not being mastered and so the output and technical and economic indexes of blast furnace were seriously affected.It is researched the operation adjustment of 1# blast furnace of Cheng Steel in a successful conversion from normal sinter to vanadium titano-magnetite,low vanadium and normal vanadium sinter,offered experience for the several following kinds of sinter conversion.
