摘要
利用喷煤系统检修高炉限煤时间,进行提高焦丁用量的工业试验,解决了中速磨大修高炉限煤时对高炉顺行及指标的影响问题。在此基础上,通过工艺设备改造和装料制度优化,实现了增加焦丁用量、降低综合焦比的目的,为开拓高炉操作思路开辟一条新的途径。
The industrial test to increase amount of coke particle was done during the coal-limiting time in overhaul of coal injection system,the problem of coal-limiting in overhaul of medium speed mill affecting operation and indexes of blast furnace was solved.Based on that the target to increase coke particle amount and reduce comprehensive coke ratio is realized with reformation of technological equipments and optimization of charge system.
