对蓄热式加热炉的蓄热体改造

摘要 针对宣钢小型轧钢厂一小型车间蓄热式加热炉加热能力小、加热质量差、耗能高的问题,分析了主要原因,将加热炉的蓄热体由蓄热小球置换为蜂窝体后,加热炉的通气量提升、炉压稳定、待温待轧现象明显减少,达到了节能降耗、稳定生产的目的。 It is analyzed the main reason for the problems in the regenerative heating furnace of Small-Section Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel: heating capacity small,heating quality bad,energy consumption high.To solve those problems the regenerator is replaced from small ball to honeycomb.After that the ventilation in furnace gets increased,furnace pressure steady,temperature-waiting and rolling-waiting obviously reduced,the aim of energy-saving and consumption-reducing and stabilizing the production got.
