从"熵增原理"出发,提出评价教育装备均衡性的指数J及其表达与算法,并对比基尼系数表达的结果,论述使用教育装备均衡指数J进行测量评价的可行性和优越性。
This article from the entropy increase principle sets out, puts forward to evaluate the education equipment balance index J and its expression and algorithm, and the Gini coefficient expression results, discusses the use of educational equipment balancing index J were measured to evaluate the feasibility and superiority.
