企业研究生工作站是我国研究生培养模式的一种改革,同时也是产学研合作的重要平台,在提升企业自主创新能力与创新型人才培养方面发挥了重要作用。企业要充分利用高校人才资源与科技优势,以科研立项为发展动力,增大投入,承担更大责任;将研究生工作站作为吸引和遴选人才的基地,创新管理与考核模式,实现智力扩张,增强企业基础研发与创新的能力。学校要加强校内和校外导师培训,建立定期沟通制度;吸引企业参与教材编写与教学工作;将企业研究生工作站作为青年教师的培训基地,实现创新型人才的培养目标。

Enterprise graduate workstation is not only a reform mode of graduate student training in our country, but also an important cooperation platform of production, study and research. It plays an important role in enterprises鈥？independent innovation ability and the innovative personnel training. The enterprise should make full use of university human resources and technologies, and invests more to the scientific research. The enterprise should strengthens the construction of the graduate workstation, innovates the management and appraisal model, strengthens teaching, participates in the construction of teaching material and teaching work, which helps to enhance the basic research and innovation ability.
