摘要
师范生的可雇佣性是师范生成功就业与可持续就业的能力品质。从多个角度对师范生可雇佣性的培养进行剖析,从而构建出师范生可雇佣性培养的新模式。并对该模式运用于实践后的教学体制等问题进行探讨。
Normal students＇ employability is the normal students＇ successful employment and sustainable employment ability quality. The article from the point of view on a number of normal students＇ employability cultivation is analyzed, in order to construct students＇ employability cultivation mode. And the model is applied to the practice teaching system is discussed.
