探索微型定量实验在药物分析教学中的运用

摘要 为尽可能减少排放,保护环境,在药物分析实验教学中,微型化学实验是解决问题的一种方法。但是定量分析实验涉及精密度和准确度的问题,如药品试剂取用量减少,而准确度、精密度不能达到要求,这种微型定量分析实验是毫无意义的。探索微型定量实验在药物分析教学中的应用,旨在不降低实验教学质量而能降低试剂药品的消耗。 The micro chemical experiment is a solution which can help to reduce the emissions and protect the environment in the teaching of the pharmaceutical analysis experimental. However, quantitative analysis experiments relating to the problem of the precision and accuracy. For example, if we reduce the dosage of reagent, the requirements of the precision can not be met. In such circumstance, the Micro quantitative experiment will be meaningless. The aim of exploring the application of micro quantitative experiments in the teaching of the Pharmaceutical Analysis is to reduce the consumption of reagents drugs while not lowering the quality of experiment teaching.
