摘要
三河电厂脱硝工程采用的是选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR),由于基建和设计等原因,脱硝控制投入自动后存在氨气流量控制发散和自动无法投入的情况。通过优化控制逻辑及对就地设备的改造实现了脱硝控制系统的良好调节效果,优化后的长期实施效果验证了其有效性。
Sanhe Power Plant's denitration works using the due to the infrastructure and design, after the denitration flow control diverges and automation can not be put into Selective Catalytic Reduction denitration process (SCR) , control was put into operation automatically the ammonia action. A good denitration control system regulating effect was achieved by optimizing the control logic and the transformation of the local equipment,long-term implementation results verified its effectiveness.
