摘要 无论从国家、电网公司还是用户的角度,发展智能电网都是解决当前电网发展所面临的问题,提高能源利用率和供电水平的必然选择。智能电网的独特特征和发展目标对于能量管理系统提出了更高的要求。分析了智能电网的发展和目标带来的对能量管理系统的要求,并探索了智能电网发展背景下,能量管理系统需要进行的改进和发展方向,对今后电力部门需要开展的工作有一定的借鉴价值。 From all the views of the government, power companies and the users, smart grid is the inevitable way to solve the problems of current grid development, to improve energy efficiency and power supply quality. The unique features and goals of smart grid development set a higher requirement for Energy Management System (EMS). This paper analyzed the objectives of smart grid development, which bring the requirements for the energy management system(EMS) ,and described what energy management systems need to improve and develope in the context of smart grid development. It can provide reference value for the power company in future.
