摘要
以聚氨酯为基体,叶绿素、铬绿、水等为填料,研制出一种可有效模拟植物反射光谱的近红外伪装涂层。实验结果表明,涂层在近红外波段具有明显的水吸收峰,克服了传统的材料因不含水而无法实现"同谱"的不足;含水量60 wt%时,涂层在300~2500 nm波段呈现出与植物相似的光谱反射特征,相似度高达99%,且符合美军标光谱通道要求,有望成为对抗现代光谱侦察的有效手段。此外,通过FT-IR、SEM等表征手段,简要讨论了涂层组成及微观结构对其光谱性能的影响。
A new near-infrared camouflage coating, which can effectively simulate reflectance spectrum of green vegetation, was prepared with polyurethane as adhesives, and chlorophyll, dichromium trioxide and distilled water as fillers. The result of UV-Vis-NIR tests showed that the reflectance spectra of plant leaf and coating with 60 wt% water content, whose similarity coefficient was up to 99%, exhibited the same characteristics in 300-2500 nm. The water absorption peak in near-infrared waveband made up for the deficiencies of traditional camouflage materials. The camouflage property of coating can meet the U.S. MIL spectral channel requirements. It could be an effective method to counter spectroscopy. Meanwhile, the influence of the composition and microscopic structure of spectral property were analysed briefly by characterization methods of FT-IR and SEM.
