摘要
利用水热法在低温下制备了CaMoO4:Eu3+发光材料,考察了不同稀土掺杂浓度等条件对产物性能的影响,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)等手段对样品的微观结构和光谱性能进行了表征。结果表明:160℃下水热法制备的CaMoO4为纳米颗粒组装成的球状结构;当Eu3+掺杂质量分数为9%时,CaMoO4:Eu3+荧光粉呈现出2条较强发射峰,其中在615nm处的发光强度最强,红橙比(R/O)为6.5/1。
CaMoO4 :Eu3+ was synthesized by a hydrothermal method using aqueous CaClz and Na2MoO4 solution at low temperatures. The effect of different rare earth doped concentrations on the structural, optical, and morphology had been studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence (PL), and X-ray powder dif- fraction (XRD). It was found that spherical CaMoO4 was synthesized by the hydrother- mal method at 160 ℃. When the doped concentration of Eu3+ was 9%, the emission spectra of CaMoO4 :Eu3+ had two emission peaks, in which the strongest emission peak is at 615 nm with R/O ratio as 6.5/1.
