摘要
麻黄中非对映异构体l-麻黄碱(l-ephedrinc)和d-伪麻黄碱(d-pseudoephedrinc)的分离定量方法有气相色谱法、高速液相色谱法、<sup>13</sup>C-NMR法。这些方法因设备先进,不易推广使用。木村康一。
The diastercomers, l-ephedrine (Ⅰ) and d-pseudoephcdrine (Ⅱ) in Ephedra Herba and its processed products were determined by thin layer chromatography. The sample was extracted with water and converted into (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) hydrochloridc. They were separated by using silica gel-CMC Na as the stationary phase and isopropyl alcohol-n- butanol- concentrated ammonia water (15.7 : 2: 2.5) as the mobile phase and iodine vapour as developer. Spots developed were determined by using CS-930 dual wavelength TLC scanner at λ_S 460 nm, λ_R 700 nm. The average recovery for (Ⅰ) was found to be 97.8%, CV 2.2% and for (Ⅱ), 96%, CV 3%. This method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and satisfactory separation. It could be used to detect the above diastercomers alkaloids in Ephedra Herba and its processed products.
