綦江铁矿采场巷道围岩稳定性数值模拟研究

摘要 以綦江铁矿白石潭矿区12阶段的顶底板及矿柱的稳定性为研究对象,结合现场数据和资料,通过单轴抗拉、单轴抗压和三轴抗压室内试验确定出岩块的力学参数,获得数值模拟的计算参数。应用ANSYS软件对12阶段掌子面的稳定性进行数值模拟,确定出应力和应变最为集中的区域、塑性区域的分布和大小,以及各个监控点的垂直位移的变化情况,为改善开挖过程中的应力分布情况和加固区域提供依据,以此确定开挖方案的合理性。 Take the stability of Whitehead Lake iron ore mine Qijiang 12 stages of the roof and floor and pillar as an example, rock mechanical parameters were obtained through uniaxial tensile, uniaxial compression and triaxial compression tests. It can be input as the mechanical parameters of numerical simulation. Working face of the 12 stages was simulated by ANSYS. Stress and strain to determine the most concentrated region, and the distribution of plastic region and monitoring the size and the various points of the changes in vertical displacement. It can improve stress distribution in the process of excavation, and it can also provide a basis for strengthening the region and determine the excavation scheme rationality.
