经尿道射频热疗治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

目的:探讨经尿道射频热疗和辅助口服西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的方法与疗效。方法:采用珠海产ERFH-200体外射频机治疗慢性前列腺炎75例,频率13.56MHz,波长22.1m,输出功率55～75W。腰背部各置一直径18cm的圆形电极板,常规消毒会阴部,用1%地卡因8～10ml注入尿道作表面麻醉后,将带电极的F16气囊导尿管插入膀胱,气囊注水8～10ml,牵拉气囊,使电机部置于前列腺部,接通射频源,开启微机,设置温度46℃治疗,时间3小时后治疗结束,拔出尿管,适当服用喹诺酮类抗菌药。结果:会阴部疼痛和尿道刺激症状均明显缓解,部分患者伴神经衰弱和性神经减退的症状也得到明显改善。前列腺液镜检白细胞数小于10个/HP,卵磷脂小体计数有明显升高。结论:经尿道射频热疗仪治疗慢性前列腺炎,辅助口服抗感染药后,慢性前列腺炎症状多得到明显改善。慢性前列腺炎采用综合治疗的方法可以取得比较满意的效果。

Conclusion ：Transurethral RF in- strnment hyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, assist oral anti - inflammatory drugs, many patients with chronic prostatitis symptoms im- proved. Therefore, comprehensive treatment of ehrenic prostatitis tends to achieve satisfactory results.
