摘要
社会主义新农村建设是能够惠及广大农民群众,有效拉动农村地区消费需求的伟大举措。然而需警惕的是,随着新农村建设在全国范围内的推行,由于与国家之间目标上的不一致,地方政府在推动新农村建设的同时很可能对农民集体行动机制造成弱化,应引起足够重视。
The construction of a new socialist countryside is an effective way to benefit the broad masses of peasants and effectively promote the great measure of consumer demand in the rural areas. Enough attention should be given during the process of new rural construction due to the weakening of the farmers＇ collective action mechanism.
