ZnSb2O4纳米正三角形的合成与生长机理讨论(英文)

摘要 以混合的ZnO粉和金属Sb作为前驱物,通过化学气相沉积方法在Si衬底上合成了ZnSb2O4纳米正三角形。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜﹑透射电子显微镜以及附带的能谱仪对它们的结构和成分进行了表征。并对ZnSb2O4纳米正三角形的生长机理进行了讨论。 ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are synthesized on silicon substrates by a chemical vapor deposition method using a mixture of ZnO powder and Sb powder as the precursors.Morphology and composition of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.The formation mechanism of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles was proposed in this paper.
