摘要
用水热法在脉冲电沉积纳米ZnS晶种的衬底上,制备了ZnS纳米条。利用XRD、SEM、EDS对ZnS的形貌和结构进行了表征,通过UV、PL研究了ZnS的光学性质。结果表明,ZnS晶种的存在、形貌控制剂(5-磺基水杨酸)的添加对ZnS显微形貌和光学性质有重大影响。重点讨论了形貌控制剂的添加顺序对ZnS形貌的影响。产物ZnS为闪锌矿结构,发蓝光,组成均匀,对紫外光的透过率较低,光学禁带宽度变宽。
Via an auqu-solution hydrothermal route,ZnS nanobars were fabricated upon pulse-plating ZnS nanocrystallines.The as-deposited nanobars were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS.The influences of ZnS nanocrystallines on the phase compositions,crystal structure,pattern and optical properties were investigated by UV and PL.Results show that the existence of ZnS nanocrystallines and the control of morphology(nitrosalicylic acid) have a profound influence on the microsopic morphology and optical properties of ZnS nanobars.Furthermore,ZnS nanobars were zinc blender ZnS,uniform and compact;while the ZnS thin films transmissivity declined,energy gap brodened.
