摘要
目的:建立化妆品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的气相色谱法。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取后,采用CP-Sil 19 CB毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离,FID检测。结果:在10μg/ml~300μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),方法的最低检出浓度为1.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.3%,样品加标回收率为97.4%~99.8%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,适合化妆品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in cosmetics by gas chromatography. Methods: Samples were extracted by methanol ultrasonically, then separated by CP- Sil 19 CB capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm×0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Results: The linear range was within the range of 10 μg/ml -300 μg/ml, and the minimum detectable concentration was 1. 0 mg/kg, with the relative stand- ard deviation of O. 8% - 3.3%, and the recoveries were 97.4% - 99.8%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and it is suitable for determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in cosmetics.
