摘要
目的:建立猕猴桃中膨大素的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,用HY-PERSIL C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)进行分离,于波长265 nm处检测。结果:线性范围为5μg/L~100μg/L(r=0.9999),回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%。结论:用该方法测定膨大素含量,结果稳定,重现性好,可操作性强,适于猕猴桃中膨大素含量的质量控制。
Objective:HPLC for determination of expansin in kiwi was established. Methods: An HYPERSIL C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) column was used for separation withmethanol- water(65: 35)as mobile phase and detected at 265 nm. Results : The linear range was 5 μg/L - 100 μg/L ( r = 0. 9999 ) , and average recovery was 98.5% , and RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion: This method had the advantages of stable result, good reproducibility and strong operability, which was suitable for the determination of expansin in kiwi fruits.
