摘要
目的:查明食物中毒的原因,为控制突发公共卫生事件提供依据。方法:依照GB4789-2010食品卫生标准检验方法进行检测。结果:在水煮带皮花生中检出汤卜逊沙门菌。结论:本次食物中毒是由汤卜逊沙门菌污染食物引起。
Objective : To find out the cause of the food poisoning and provide basis for control of emergent public health events. Methods: According to GB4789 -2010 "Standard test method for food hygiene", the samples were collected for detection. Results: S. thompson was detected from unpeeled boiled peanuts. Conclusion: The food poisoning was caused by S. thompson pollution.
