摘要
目的:研究杭白菊铅污染的相关因素。方法:选取不同种植区域、不同加工工艺的杭白菊进行检测分析,比较铅含量水平。结果:种植距公路5 m~50 m范围内和远离公路数公里处的杭白菊铅平均含量分别为2.12 mg/kg和0.54 mg/kg、微波干燥与烘箱干燥二种不同加工方式的杭白菊铅平均含量分别为0.882 mg/kg和0.901 mg/kg。结论:杭白菊铅含量与汽车尾气排放密切相关。
Objective :To study the related factors of lead pollution in chrysanthemum morifolinm ramat. Meth- ods: Chrysanthemum from different planting regions with different processing technologies were tested and analyzed to compare lead levels. Results: The average lead concentrations in Chrysanthemum planted within the range of 5 - 50 meters from the highway and a few kilometers away from the highway were 2.12 mg/kg and 0. 54 mg/kg; the av- erage lead concentrations in Chrysanthemum with microwave drying and oven drying were 0. 882 mg/kg and 0. 901 mg/kg. Conclusion: Lead content in Chrysanthemum is related to vehicle exhaust emissions closely.
