摘要
目的:调查抚顺市食品卫生安全现况,为解决食品卫生安全隐患提供依据。方法:随机抽样抚顺市各大、中型超市食品批发市场中的各类食品。结果:检测406份样品,合格率为70.06%;检测微生物指标324份,合格率为63.61%;检测理化指标361份,合格率为86.43%;样品整体合格率偏低,存在着食品卫生质量问题。结论:针对抚顺市食品卫生安全现况出现的问题提出建议。
Objective:To investigate food health safety situation in Fushun, to offer evidence for ensuring the food hygiene security. Methods: Various kinds of samples were randomly collected from large and medium - sized supermarkets and wholesale food markets in Fushun. Results : A total of 406 samples were tested, the pass rate was 72.66%. Microbial indicators were tested in 382 samples with the pass rate of 63.61% , physical and chemical in- dicators were tested in 361 samples with the pass rate of 86.43%. The overall qualified rate of these samples was at low level, indicating the trouble on food hygiene quality. Conclusion: It is suggested that some measures should be taken to deal with the food hygienic safety in Fushun.
