摘要
目的:调查抚顺市食品卫生安全现况,为解决食品卫生安全隐患提供依据。方法:随机抽样抚顺市各大、中型超市食品批发市场中的各类食品。结果:检测406份样品,合格率为70.06%;检测微生物指标324份,合格率为63.61%;检测理化指标361份,合格率为86.43%;样品整体合格率偏低,存在着食品卫生质量问题。结论:针对抚顺市食品卫生安全现况出现的问题提出建议。
Objective：To investigate food health safety situation in Fushun, to offer evidence for ensuring the food hygiene security. Methods： Various kinds of samples were randomly collected from large and medium - sized supermarkets and wholesale food markets in Fushun. Results ： A total of 406 samples were tested, the pass rate was 72.66%. Microbial indicators were tested in 382 samples with the pass rate of 63.61% , physical and chemical in- dicators were tested in 361 samples with the pass rate of 86.43%. The overall qualified rate of these samples was at low level, indicating the trouble on food hygiene quality. Conclusion： It is suggested that some measures should be taken to deal with the food hygienic safety in Fushun.
