摘要 心肌微循环改变是诸多心血管疾病发生发展的病理生理学基础,及时有效地探查微循环灌注情况对诊断、治疗及判断心血管疾病预后有重要意义。心肌声学造影是诊断心肌微循环灌注的一种新技术,本文就其评估心肌微循环的临床应用进展做一综述。 Myocardial microcirculation change is the pathphysiological basis of the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases, timely and effective evaluation of microcirculation perfusion is significantly important for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment of cardiovascular disease.Myocardial contrast echocardiography is a new technology to assess microcirculation perfusion.This article reviews the clinical application progress of myocardial microcirculation assessed by myocardial contrast echocardiography.
