冷冻球囊导管消融治疗阵发性心房颤动两例 被引量：13

Cryoballoon ablation of two cases with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

摘要 不同于现有的常规射频消融导管，冷冻球囊导管是专门为电隔离肺静脉所设计。目前国外已有上百家医院应用此球囊导管消融治疗阵发性心房颤动（房颤），术后随访1年，约70％患者保持窦性心律。2012年9月10日，本中心在德国KuckKH教授的指导下，使用冷冻球囊导管成功治疗两例阵发性房颤。
