摘要
[目的]明确留守青少年心理韧性现状,为有效提高留守青少年心理韧性水平提供依据.[方法]采用心理韧性量表对825名留守青少年进行问卷调查.[结果]城市留守青少年心理韧性显著高于农村留守青少年(P<0.01);父母学历越高,外出父母与留守青少年联系越频繁,与父母、老师、朋友关系好,学习成绩好的留守青少年心理韧性越高(P<0.01).[结论]应给予多渠道、多形式、多层次的心理健康教育,积极发掘和培养留守青少年的心理韧性,提高社会适应能力.
OBJECTIVE To identify the resilience of left-behind adolescents, and to effectively improve their resilience. METHODS 825 left-behind adolescents were selected to perform the questionnaires survey with resilience scale. RESULTS The resilience of left-behind adolescents was area than in rural area (P〈0. 01), and the more high education background a slg nd nificantly higher in urban going out of parents, the more frequently contact with the left-behind adolescents, and the more nice relationship with the parents, teachers and friends, and the more good academic records, the more high resilience in left-behind adolescents(P〈0.01) CONCLUSION We should offer the psychological health education by through the multi-channel, multiform and multilevel, and actively explore and cultivate the resilience of left-behind adolescents in order to improve their social adaptation ability.
