摘要 [背景]观察膝关节术后应用CPM的疗效.[病例报告]选择2005年8月—2012年8月间的120例年龄在25~35岁的青年男性髌骨骨折患者,随机分为传统方法组和CPM组,每组各为60例.传统方法组于手术后第3d开始给予推拿、按摩以及患者自主活动治疗;CPM组于术后第3d开始给予CPM治疗同时对膝关节进行推拿、按摩及自主活动治疗.观察患者术后第5,8,13d膝关节活动度的改变发现,CPM组膝关节活动度评分明显高于传统治疗组(P<0.05).[讨论]CPM改善膝关节活动度明显优于传统方法. BACKGROUND To observe the curative effects of continuous passive motion (CPM) after operation of knee joint. CASE REPORTS 120 patients with patellar fracture of young male aged 25 - 35 years were selected from August 2005 to August 2012, and were randomly divided into traditional group(n=60) and CPM group(n = 60). At the third day postoperation, the subjects in traditional group were treated with the massage and independent functional exercise, and in CPM group with the massage and independent functional exercise, and the grade of knee joint range of motion observed after 5, 8, and 13 days was higher in CPM group than in traditional group (P〈0.05). DISCUSSION CPM for improving the knee joint range of motion is obviously superior to the traditional method.
