大白鼠视神经中有无传出投射的研究(HRP逆轴突传递法结合荧光素逆行标记法)

摘要 以往对大白鼠视神经内的传出投射研究较少,且主要用顺行的方法。本研究用更适合于该项研究的HRP逆行法,结合荧光素逆行标记法,对17只大白鼠的视神经内有无向视网膜的传出投射的问题做了进一步研究。实验分玻璃体内注射组、视神经干内注射组和切断动眼神经后玻璃体内或视神经内注射等三组进行。结果表明大白鼠视神经内不存在投向视网膜的传出纤维。文末对本研究所用方法和实验设计的特点以及结果的可靠性等问题做了讨论。 The question whether centrifugal fibers terminating in the retina exist in rats has remained a subject of debate, because of the rareness of studies and the shortcomings of the methods used. Using the method of retrograde fluorescent of HRP combined with the technique of retrograde fluorescent labeling, which is more suitable to the demonstration of retial centrifugal neurons than the method of anterograde transport of HRP, we reexamined the proposition that there are centrifugual fibers in the optic nerve of rats in the present study. No evidence was found of centrifugal projections'to the rat's retina in our study. At the end of the paper, the advantages of our experimental design and the reliability of the results were discussed.
