关节置换治疗股骨头缺血性坏死 被引量：6

摘要 目前股骨头坏死的治疗没有相对的标准化规定，一般来说对于股骨头塌陷、髋关节功能受限、疼痛严重的患者，就应该选择髋关节置换手术来治疗股骨头坏死。非保头的治疗方法主要包括：股骨头表面置换术、双极人工股骨头置换术、全髋关节置换术以及无柄人工髋关节置换术，现介绍如下。
